Checked, documented, repeatable.

Verify every change

After a change goes in, I read it back against the spec. Done means confirmed, not just submitted.

Publish only what's true

If a fact can't be confirmed, it doesn't go on the site. A smaller true number beats a bigger guess.

Automate the second time

The first time I do a task by hand. The second time I build the workflow, so the third time is free.
